OUR STORY
Hugo's is a family-owned eatery located in the North West of Lancashire. The owners, Abby and James, are a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for great food and great company - something that daytime dining encompasses.
The 'Hugo's' name comes from their first shared pet - who was a Yorkshire Terrier cross with an infectious enthusiasm for life. The business is named after him instead of their kids, as in their house, there are no favourites!
James comes from a long line of successful Liverpudlian food businesses: Bramley's, Café 53, T-Bone and Granny's while Abby previously ran a thriving pizzeria in Preston - often calling on James for free labour on deliveries when they first met.
